About the retreat
In today’s evolving workplace, HR professionals are at the forefront of creating environments that foster collaboration, engagement, and organizational well-being. However, the pressure to navigate complex HR challenges while ensuring a thriving and resilient workplace culture is greater than ever.
Recognizing this, JRNY and ENGAGE have joined forces to launch the People & Culture Retreat—a unique, immersive experience designed to empower HR professionals with cutting-edge strategies, practical solutions, and a powerful network of like-minded peers.
This retreat is not just a one-time event—it is a continuation of our previous People & Culture retreats, which have successfully built a community of HR professionals over the years. Attendees from previous editions have stayed connected, exchanged insights, and benefited from ongoing knowledge-sharing. We ensure that this growing network remains active through curated meetups and an exclusive WhatsApp group to foster ongoing discussions, collaborations, and support beyond the retreat itself.

The brilliant methodology they deliver is one of a kind. The approach of peer-to-peer learning was so genuine and effective. We all learnt from each other although we are from different industries, backgrounds and have different mind-sets, this was brilliant.
Yehia Arafa

To have a decent work environment is not about the demands of the employees or the new policies from the managers; it‘s about social dialogue. Social dialogue will create decent work environments based on the needs of the employees because its meaning differs based on the employee’s needs, and this realization during the camp was very insightful for me.
